Established in 1999 by St. Vincent artist Camille Saunders-Musser, the Youlou Arts Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization created to develop, promote and preserve the arts and culture of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. For the past 11 years, St. Vincent teachers and children have benefited from Youlou Arts-sponsored visual arts and art-training programs.
