Bequia Easter Regatta is an annual sailing weekend within Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. It is the largest regatta within the West Indies ran by a committee of dedicated personnel that form the executive of The Bequia Sailing Club. Sponsored by Sparrow's Premium Rum, SVG Tourism Authority, Hairoun Beer, FLOW, Action Bequia, Darnley Frederick, Dockside Marine, along with many other sponsors and donors. The Regatta sees many different classes of boats , from Local Double Enders, to windward Island sloops and J24's . Highlight races such as Round the island single handed races to competitive courses that test the durability and personality of each boat, while testing the skills of captains and crews. Bequia Easter Regatta also features Shore Activities hosted by Bequia Sailing Club and Private promoters, therefore, after a full day of sailing there are many things that sailors can indulge in on our beautiful island.
